This product works great for me. I use it mostly after exercise to help with sore muscles. highly recommended for getting back into exercise or starting a new activity that your body isn't used to. It has also helped ease joint pain (knees). When used on a regular basis, it helped with overall body stiffness, making it easier and more enjoyable to get the body moving. |
