These are quite strong. I take them to help with insomnia. I tried 1/3 of a piece & it was too strong for me. I had really bad anxiety the following day. Tried 1/4 of a piece the next night & still, really extreme anxiety most of the day. Finally calmed down later in the afternoon. They taste quite bitter, (which I don't mind) kind of like an orange peel. Proceed with caution. |
